# ARIS myBox (Internal access only)

Your private workspace at ARIS College.

ARIS myBox is an internal workspace that brings several everyday communication and productivity tools together in one place. Instead of jumping between different services, myBox gives you a single space for checking your ARIS email, talking with other users, taking notes, collecting information through forms, and collaborating on a whiteboard.

myBox is designed specifically for **internal use within ARIS College**. Access is limited to authorized users with an eligible ARIS account and is not intended for public access.

### What's inside myBox?

**Mail**\
Access your ARIS mailbox directly from myBox. Read and send messages, reply to conversations, organize your inbox, search for previous messages, and manage your email without setting up a separate mail application.

**Chat**\
Have conversations with other users within ARIS College. Chat provides a convenient place for direct messages and group conversations without relying on an external messaging service.

**Notes**\
A simple space for keeping information you want to remember. Create and organize personal notes, quick ideas, checklists, drafts, or other bits of information you may need later.

**Forms**\
Create forms, surveys, questionnaires, and other ways of collecting responses. Forms can be shared with the intended users, with submitted responses available for you to review afterward.

**Whiteboard**\
A visual workspace for brainstorming and collaboration. Use a whiteboard to sketch ideas, arrange information, explain concepts, or work together with others in a shared space.

### Before you get started

Because myBox is an **internal ARIS College service**, simply having the address to myBox does not necessarily mean you can access it. You'll need an eligible ARIS account and appropriate access to the internal service.

Once you're signed in, the apps available to you may also depend on your account and the services that have been enabled for it.

{% hint style="info" %}
Files and Photos are currently unavailable.\
You may still see Files and Photos in parts of the myBox interface. These features are not currently supported and may not work correctly. Do not use them to store or manage your files or photos.
{% endhint %}

The guides in this section cover signing in to myBox, navigating the workspace, and using each of its currently supported apps.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://kb.aris.college/english-us/aris-mybox-internal-access-only.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
